WPC Wood Plastic Extrusion Line For Composite Profiles(decking, fencing, landscapes)
Description:
With special designed screw, barrel, mould and production process, equipped with series downstream equipment, this can produce PE /PP/ PVC and wood-plastic composite profiles.
This is a new kind of environmental freindly building material. WPC profiles is produced by mixing the plastic, wood powder, foam agent and other additives, after high temperature and high pressure, the products can be used for pallets, packing plates, windows and door frames, decoration panels etc.

4. Low efficiency consumption: No need of drying granulation obviously can save energy. This extrusion line contain five main parts:
1)SJSZ-65/132 twin conical screw extruder or SJSZ-51/105 extruder
2)calibration table
3)haul-off machine
4)automatic cutter
5)stacker
